Janathon – Day 10

Ashtanga Yoga class this evening. It hasn’t been on for a fortnight because of the Bank Holidays, but we are back to normal from this evening. I love my Ashtanga Yoga, because it gets your heart-rate up whilst giving you a lovely stretch out: it compliments my running beautifully.
