Janathon – Day 17

Woke up at 2am this morning with my knees hurting like hell. I don’t know what Roller Derby did to them yesterday, but they are not in the slightest bit happy. I’m just off to Yoga now to see if that will sort them out. They have eased off a lot today, but a good stretch at Yoga will do them the world of good. Depending on how they feel tomorrow I may, or may not, run.
