Janathon – Day 24

So yesterday’s roller derby training was awesome, but I haven’t been able to walk down stairs all day! My thighs are seriously punished. At least I know it is the sort of pain that means I worked hard, rather than pain indicating I’m injured. Even so, I know it is likely to be even worse tomorrow.
One and a half hours of Ashtanga yoga class this evening will sort it out hopefully.
