Janathon – Day 27

Starting to feel better, and plan to return to work tomorrow, but still not quite there. I did some yoga this morning because I was feeling all stiff after lying in my germ pit for the past three days. It wasn’t the most pleasant or easiest yoga practice I have ever done, but I was glad I did it because it was good to stretch out my limbs a little bit. It was particularly good for my right shoulder which was giving me pain when I woke up because I had slept funny on it – it seems to be sorted now.
